Troubleshooting
Expanding Wild animation doesn't stretch fully
Rare rendering glitch on some Samsung Internet versions. Switch to Chrome or update Samsung Internet. The win credits correctly regardless.
Free Spins counter disappears
The counter moves to the top bar during the round. On small screens in portrait mode, it may overlap with the balance display. Landscape fixes this.
No sound on iOS
Tap the screen once after loading. iOS requires a user gesture before audio can play. Then toggle sound in the game settings.
Bonus Buy button greyed out
Your jurisdiction may block bonus buys (UK, Sweden). Or your casino disabled it. It's not a game bug — it's a regulatory restriction.
